Working with public institutions.
We work with space agencies, spectrum and communications regulators, and trade and investment bodies across Asia and the Middle East. Enquiries from agencies elsewhere are welcome.
Capacity building and training
Workshops and structured programmes for technical and policy teams. Satellite and telecom authorisation, spectrum assignment and pricing methods, equipment certification, and the sequence that runs between them. Delivered in person or online, from a half-day session to a multi-week module, and built around the institution's own framework rather than a generic syllabus.
Contributions to consultations and framework design
Written contributions to public consultations, comparative readings of how other administrations have settled the same question, and review of draft instruments before they are issued. The comparisons are drawn from proceedings we have filed in, not from secondary summaries.
Speaking and panel contributions
Conference sessions, ministerial and industry roundtables, and closed briefings for officials and their advisers.
Each assignment is staffed for the question at hand. The practice draws on its principal and on specialists engaged for the assignment, including spectrum engineers, counsel and policy economists, chosen for the institution's question and for the administration it sits in. The advisers proposed are named, with their records, before the work begins, and the institution chooses.
